At the NORTH Foundation, we are committed to transforming healthcare by bridging the gap between what is needed today and what is possible tomorrow. Thanks to your generous support, we are able to fund exceptional patient care, cutting-edge research, and vital innovations across the Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD) and beyond.

With your help, we are working hand-in-hand with clinicians to push the boundaries of what is possible in healthcare, ensuring that people have access to the best care and treatments available.

At the end of 2024, we launched a new and transformative five-year strategic plan to guide us beyond our first five years. This plan enhances our fundraising aspirations to align with the objectives of the NSLHD.

As part of this process, and in close consultation with NSLHD leadership, we identified a variety of priority projects that will help shape our focus over the next five years. These projects informed the development of our three key fundraising pillars, ensuring that every dollar donated makes a meaningful and strategic impact where it is needed most.
