Your work will directly support donor retention, campaign effectiveness and organisational decision-making by delivering trusted data, Salesforce streamlined processes and responsive system support.
As the Trusts & Foundations Officer, you’ll secure philanthropic funding by identifying and managing grant opportunities from trusts and foundations. You’ll develop compelling proposals, oversee the grants process end-to-end, and work closely with stakeholders to translate complex priorities into fundable projects while building strong, long-term funding relationships.
As the Philanthropy Campaign Events Specialist, you’ll deliver high-impact donor events that strengthen relationships and support campaign growth. As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll drive digital-first campaigns that build brand awareness and grow fundraising performance. You’ll manage key channels including paid media, email, SEO/SEM and the website, using data and marketing automation to deliver personalised, high-performing supporter journeys that increase engagement and conversions.
As the Finance Manager, you’ll lead financial planning, modelling and forecasting to support strategic decisions and long-term sustainability. You’ll partner closely with the CEO, providing clear insights that guide investment and fundraising priorities. You’ll manage budgets, cashflow and financial performance, ensure compliance, and maintain strong governance, while working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver accurate, decision-ready financial information.
