As a valued member of the Donor Experience team, the Donor Relations & Salesforce Administrator is critical to managing the back-end of Salesforce, including actioning Salesforce Change requests and creating reports. This role will enable ongoing consistency and operational excellence throughout a 12-month parental leave period as it maintains Salesforce data integrity, provides insights regarding best practice use of Salesforce and ensures high-quality donor stewardship.
