As the Trusts & Foundations Officer, you’ll secure philanthropic funding by identifying and managing grant opportunities from trusts and foundations. You’ll develop compelling proposals, oversee the grants process end-to-end, and work closely with stakeholders to translate complex priorities into fundable projects while building strong, long-term funding relationships.

As the Finance Manager, you’ll lead financial planning, modelling and forecasting to support strategic decisions and long-term sustainability. You’ll partner closely with the CEO, providing clear insights that guide investment and fundraising priorities. You’ll manage budgets, cashflow and financial performance, ensure compliance, and maintain strong governance, while working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver accurate, decision-ready financial information.
