Benefits of working with us
Flexibility
We offer flexible working arrangements to maintain your work/life balance, including the opportunity to work from home a few days a week. We also have the systems and technology in place to appropriately support this hybrid model.
Mentoring
Mentoring is a great way for new hires to expand their network. We offer external mentoring opportunities and have board sponsors for various portfolios. Our membership with the FIA also gives us access to industry experts.
Ecosystem
We are situated within the Royal North Shore Hospital campus and benefit from some of the employee services available to NSW Health staff. We also work closely with some of the best clinicians and researchers in the country.
Training and Education
We offer professional development and learning opportunities such as courses, conferences and on-the-job coaching. We want to ensure that you have the appropriate support and skills to perform your role as well as the opportunity to enhance your work performance to meet your personal career goals.
Salary Packaging
Salary packaging allows you to pay for certain expenses before tax is taken out of your earnings. This reduces the amount of tax paid, helping you make the most of your income. You can choose to package a range of benefits each FBT year on things such as your mortgage, rent, school tuition fees or private health insurance.
Wellbeing Initiatives
We are committed to the health, safety and wellbeing of our workforce. As part of this commitment, we provide staff with health and wellness vouchers and access to activities such as yoga. We are also small and agile enough to be open to implementing new initiatives based on demand such as Bike to Work schemes.
