Help transform healthcare across Northern Sydney through philanthropy.

The NORTH Foundation is seeking a relationship-driven Major Gifts Officer to identify, cultivate and steward high-value donors whose generosity funds world-class healthcare research, clinical services and infrastructure.

Working closely with clinicians, researchers and hospital leaders, you will build and manage a portfolio of major donors, develop compelling cases for support, and inspire transformational gifts that create lasting impact. This role suits a confident relationship builder with experience in major gifts, philanthropy, business development or high-value stakeholder engagement.
