As the Data Insights Officer, you’ll turn donor data into actionable insights that inform fundraising strategy, campaign performance, and supporter engagement. You’ll analyse trends, develop reports and dashboards, and work closely with stakeholders to optimise donor journeys, improve targeting, and drive growth in giving.
As the Donor Experience & Engagement Officer, you’ll deliver exceptional supporter care, building meaningful relationships through thoughtful conversations and personalised engagement. You’ll manage donor enquiries, process donations, and lead stewardship interactions that strengthen trust, improve retention, and connect donors to the impact of their giving.
